In London, ON, and completed in 2018, the project was a design build of an eighty (80) door pre-engineered steel cross dock facility. The construction included a two story administration office, constructed of split face block and galvanized steel panels which provided both a beautiful finished look and protection from damage. Due to the nature of the business of the owner, Aveiro needed to work with the Ministry of Transportation to develop and incorporate into the design traffic controls to both accommodate the requirements of the owner, but also avoid increased truck traffic in the surrounding area.
