The scope of work for this project was the construction of a 6,500 sq.ft fire station including all site and civil works, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior finishes. The facility houses individual dormitories, captains office, great room, kitchen, dining area, and fitness room. The exterior is comprised of stone and ACM panels. Along with LED lighting and low VOC materials, the landscaping was designed to be drought tolerant and a bioswale to contain water run-off. This fire station was built to service a growing residential community in Lambeth Ontario.
